Working with Coryn was one of the best things I have ever done for myself.  I thought I was just signing up for help with learning to eat mindfully so I could stop trying all of the different diets that would work short term, but I learned so much more. She helped me to see where I am way to hard on myself, come up with action plans not only for my diet but my life and she helped me to see that there is nothing wrong with setting aside me time daily. The other "things" can wait. 

Coryn has completely changed my relationship with food, the gym, and myself.
